Advancing Community Resilience to Cumulative Climate Impacts in the Mystic River Watershed
In partnership with the Mystic River Watershed Association, Boston University researchers are working towards building climate resilience due to the risk of climate-exacerbated urban heat islands, coastal and inland flooding, and numerous sources of active and brownfield chemical exposures. The study aims to understand and prioritize local concerns and potential solutions that decrease cumulative exposure to chemical and non-chemical stressors as climate change worsens.
